Pennant odds are typically displayed using American odds. A team listed at +600, for example, would return $600 in profit on a winning $100 bet, plus the original $100 stake. A World Series longshot at +3000 would return $3,000 in profit on the same $100 wager.
Lower positive odds generally indicate that the sportsbook views a team as more likely to win the Pennant. As expectations change throughout the baseball season, each team's odds can move accordingly.
What are Pennant Futures?
A Pennant futures bet is a wager on which team will its league - the American League (AL) or the National League (NL). The winner of each league will win the Pennant, and will play against each other in the World Series.
