1. Description of Promotion

This promotion is offered by FBG Enterprises Opco, LLC ("Fanatics Sportsbook"). New customers who establish a Fanatics Sportsbook account ("Account") and place a single wager of $20+ cash on any market with odds -500 or longer within seven (7) days from the date of establishing an Account are eligible to receive $50 in FanCash each day for seven (7) straight days ("Rewards"). Rewards total $350 in FanCash, issued as $50 per day over your first seven (7) days.

2. Promotion Period

This "Promotion" begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on April 17, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 17, 2026 (the "Promotional Period").

3. Eligibility

This Promotion is available to new Fanatics Sportsbook customers (i.e., you do not yet have a Fanatics Sportsbook account in any state) who establish an active and verified Account in AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, OH, PA, TN, VA, VT, WV, or WY during the Promotional Period. You must be 21 years of age or older and physically present in one of the foregoing states during the Promotional Period to participate in this Promotion. You can create an Account for free on Fanatics Sportsbook's mobile application (the "App"). If you do not complete the registration process, you are ineligible to participate in this Promotion. You are only eligible for one registration bonus. If you have previously registered for an Account in any state, placed a wager on Fanatics Sportsbook in any state, or participated in this or any other registration promotion, you are ineligible to participate in this Promotion. Promotion eligibility is subject to any Account wagering restrictions/limits. 4. Action Required

To participate in this Promotion, you must: (i) successfully establish an active and verified Account; (ii) opt in by toggling on this Promotion in your bet slip and place a Qualifying Wager within 7 days from the date of establishing an Account.

A "Qualifying Wager":

• Must be a single cash wager of $20 or more with odds -500 or longer.
• Can be placed on any Eligible Game/Market/Event defined in Section 10.
• Must settle upon the completion of the event or market.
• Cannot constitute an Excluded Wager as defined in Section 8.

5. Claiming Promotional Offer

Rewards Terms (FanCash):

• After you complete the steps outlined in Section 4, your Day 1 Reward will be credited within 24 hours.
• For Days 2-7, you must opt in each day to receive that day's FanCash Reward.
• Rewards are non-withdrawable and are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.
• Promotional FanCash expires twenty-four (24) hours from issuance.
• Promotional FanCash expiring first will automatically be applied first.

6. Sportsbook Registration Procedures

To qualify for this Promotion, you must create an active and verified Account. To create an Account:

• Your identity must be verified.
• You must agree to Fanatics Sportsbook's Terms of Service, House Rules, and these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
• You must acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitations on Participation

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

"Excluded Wagers" include:

• Bets placed with Bonus Bets or other promotional credit.
• Cashed out bets.
• Voided bets.
• Bets placed using Odds Boosts or other boosters.

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

The default when placing a bet is cash.To place a bet using promotional credit, you must manually select the promotional credit option in the bet slip. Otherwise, the wager will be placed using deposited cash funds.

10. Eligible Games/Markets/Events

Qualifying Wagers can be placed on any sports betting market with odds of -500 or longer offered by Fanatics Sportsbook within 7 days from the date you establish your Account.

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus Bets, FanCash, and other promotional credits cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash.However, winnings generated from promotional credits may be withdrawn once those winnings have been added to your Account cash balance.There are otherwise no withdrawal restrictions associated with this Promotion.

12. Cancellation

To cancel your participation in this Promotion, contact customer support through the App.Upon cancellation:

• Deposited funds may be withdrawn without restriction.
