1. Description of Promotion

This promotion is offered by FBG Enterprises Opco, LLC (“Fanatics Casino”). New Fanatics Casino customers can earn Casino Credit equal to 100% of cumulative losses incurred from wagers in the Fanatics Casino in the first 24 hours after signup (excluding the Excluded Games listed in Section 10), up to a maximum of $1,000 in Casino Credit (“Rewards”). See below for details.

2. Promotional Period

This “Promotion” begins at 12:00am ET on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59pm ET on December 1, 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

3. Eligibility

This Promotion is available to new Fanatics Casino customers (i.e., you do not yet have a Fanatics Casino account in any state) who establish an active and verified account in MI, NJ, PA, or WV (“Account”) during the Promotional Period. You must be 21 years of age or older and physically present in one of the foregoing states during the Promotional Period to participate in this Promotion and use your Account. You can create an Account for free on the Fanatics Sportsbook & Casino or Fanatics Casino mobile app (either of the foregoing, the “App”), or Fanatics Casino website (“Website”). 4. Action Required

To be eligible for the Rewards, you must: (i) successfully establish an active and verified Account during the Promotional Period; and (ii) incur a cumulative loss of at least $.01 cash to be eligible for the Rewards.

Rewards will equal 100% of cumulative losses incurred from cash wagers on any games in the Fanatics Casino in the first 24 hours of play (excluding the Excluded Games listed in Section 10) in Casino Credit, up to a maximum of $1,000 in Casino Credit. Your 24 hours begin when you establish your Account. If you do not incur any cumulative losses during your first 24 hours of play, you are ineligible for the Rewards. The maximum amount of Casino Credit you can get is $1,000.

5. Claiming Promotional Offer

Casino Credit (Rewards) Terms

• Casino Credit is a type of bonus issued by Fanatics Casino that is applied to casino wagers in lieu of (or in combination with) deposited funds (cash).
• You can view your Casino Credit balance in your Account or in the Rewards carousel in the App.
• If you have Casino Credit available to use, it will automatically be applied to eligible casino wagers before (or in combination with) any deposited funds (cash). As an example, if you have $20 in deposited funds (cash) and $10 in Casino Credit in your Account and you place a $10 wager that wins $8, the entire $10 Casino Credit will be applied to your wager (making your Casino Credit balance $0), and the $8 in winnings will be added to your cash balance (making it $28). Using the same example but with a $5 wager instead of $10, your Casino Credit balance will be $5, and your cash balance will be $28.
• Casino Credit can be combined with deposited funds (cash) to place a wager. As an example, if you have $20 in cash and $10 in Casino Credit in your Account and you wager $15 on a blackjack hand, $10 in Casino Credit and $5 in cash will be applied to that wager.
• Casino Credit Reward will be paid out within 72 hours of meeting the requirements.
• Casino Credit must be played through one time.
• Any payouts from bets placed with Casino Credit will be added to your cash balance.
• You do not need to use all of your Casino Credit as a single wager. Your wager amount will dictate how much Casino Credit is applied (e.g., if you have $10 in Casino Credit and place a $2 wager, $2 of Casino Credit will be applied to that wager).
• If Casino Credit is used on a blackjack hand that results in a push, the value of the Casino Credit will be added to your cash balance in your Account (e.g., if you have and wager $5 in Casino Credit on a blackjack hand that results in a push, your Casino Credit balance will be $0, but the $5 stake will be added to your cash balance).
• Casino Credit closest to expiration will be applied first.
• Casino Credit can be transferred between Fanatics Casino jurisdictions.
• Casino Credit cannot be redeemed for or withdrawn as cash at any time.
• Casino Credit can only be redeemed online or in-app with a valid Account.
• Use of Casino Credit does not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers, nor can Casino Credit be used in other promotions.
• Bets placed using Casino Credit will not earn FanCash.
• Casino Credit may not be exchanged, substituted, or transferred.

6. Casino Registration Procedures

To qualify for this Promotion, you must establish an active and verified Account. To create an Account: (i) your identity must be verified; and (ii) you must agree to Fanatics Sportsbook & Casino’s Terms of Service, game rules, and these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as acknowledge our Privacy Policy. 7. Limitations on Participation

Limit one (1) Reward per customer, up to $1,000 in Casino Credit. Fanatics Casino expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, including the administration thereof, at any time and in any state(s) without prior notice or consent. In addition, Fanatics Casino, in its sole discretion, may disqualify you from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Anyone deemed to be abusing this or any other promotion in Fanatics Casino’s sole discretion may be prohibited from participating in this or any future promotions and/or may be subject to Account closure. This Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law. This Promotion is not available to any employee, officer, or director of Fanatics Casino, its parent and affiliates, or each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not).

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Bets must be placed with cash to qualify towards your win/loss calculation. Any bets placed with Casino Credit, Bonus Spins, or any other promotional credit will not count. Wagers placed on any Excluded Games will not count.

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

If you have Casino Credit available to use in your Account, it will automatically be applied to eligible casino wagers before (or in combination with) any deposited funds (cash). To place a bet using a Bonus Spin, select “Bonus Spin” in the slots game. If you do not have Casino Credit in your Account, or if you do not apply any Bonus Spins you may have, then bets will be placed with deposited funds (cash).

10. Eligible Games

Cash wagers placed on any games in the Fanatics Casino (excluding any of the Excluded Games listed in this section) will count towards your win/loss calculation. 11. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Casino Credit, Bonus Spins, Bonus Bets, FanCash, or any other promotional credit may not be withdrawn or redeemed for cash at any time, but any winnings from bets placed with promotional credit can be withdrawn once the winnings have been added to your Account cash balance. Casino Credit must be played through one time. There are no playthrough requirements on Bonus Spins.

12. Cancellation

To cancel your participation in this Promotion, please contact customer support on the Fanatics Sportsbook and Casino App. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your Account without restriction. However, Rewards may not be withdrawn.
